Ordered lobster culls and surf clams direct. The ice pack that was packaged with the lobster and clams arrived partially melted and had a hole in it, which was a bit concerning. Thankfully, all the lobsters were still alive, extremely fresh, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience with minor packaging issues.

lobsters arrived in perfect condition. they were EXCEPTIONALLY good. The product was better than expected. The only problem I had was cracking them since the crackers I ordered were not included.
I grew up in East Gloucester, and here in Florida where I retired, good New England Seafood is hard to find. Worked as stern man on my uncle's lobster boat and for the old Empire Fish Company as a kid. The culls and mackerel were excellent and a taste of home. I previously ordered steamers which were also very good. I shall return.
