Clams were excellent but FedEX dropped the box on its side near my garage. Had about 11 large and 5 small clams that were badly broken out of a 12 lb order. This is enough to prevent me from ordering fresh steamers again, sorry. I have pictures of the box and broken clams if you would like to see them. Dennis Westgate

Don't know what to say steamers are the best can never eat to many. Every time we get them we only find a few the we have to get rid of.

Worst I ever had. I sent you an email with pictures of the steamers. Numerous shells were broken and the clams were loaded with mud. I am 78 years old and have dug streamers in Connecticut most of my life and these were the worst I have ever had. Sorry you didn’t have the courtesy of responding to my earlier email.

Can’t be beat.

I've ordered steamers many times and understand that due to their delicate nature,some breakage is going to occur. But this time, about half of the order (4 pounds) was broken and inedible. I love Intershell, but my recent experience was not great

I ordered 10 lb this morning of soft shell steamers hoping they are not smashed like a lot of the last ones were and still have not received a tracking number to find out when they are coming, thank you

They where to big buy your own standards I ordered small and got large and I had to wait for them If you dont have what the customer ordered just say so they were fresh they arrived cold but they were to big

The Large steamers were good; however, there were at least 15 smaller clams that were SO Crushed, I immediately threw them away, disappointing. The oysters were pretty small but tasty and the little necks (Cherry Stones) most were already opened. So, overall, we were sadly disappointed since we really miss our New England Seafood.

Wouldn't buy my seafood from anyone else aways delivered fresh and the lobsters awsome

Last two orders the clams were much smaller than all my previous orders. I order the regular large clams. The smaller ones break easier and we end up with less clam meat and more tedious cleaning. I still love the quality of the seafood.
