All fresh seafood ships via overnight delivery in insulated packaging with gel ice packs to ensure it arrives properly chilled and at peak freshness.
Upon delivery, transfer your seafood immediately to the coldest part of your refrigerator and consume within 1 to 2 days for optimal quality and flavor.
These are special and having them delivered fresh is a bonus. The rest is up to me - sautéed and then removed to sauté finely chopped shallots in their juices and then adding heavy cream, a dash of Dijon and or tomato paste, fresh coarse ground pepper - perhaps some cardamom or dash of clove - and then return the scallops with released liquid and squeeze juice of half a lemon. I just may have talked myself into reordering another 2 pounds. First pound prepared same day or next and the other in the freezer for later. Really appreciate you guys making this not easy to find delicacy available.
