Extremely disappointing. Very over cooked lobster meat. Rubbery. Vacuum sealed package was not properly sealed, it was leaking. Extreme disappointment.

You people do not have a clue what you’re doing! This is the second 2 pound bag of lobster meat that I have gotten and both times it is like biting into a rubber tire. Don’t you know how to steam properly? The second shipment was not even shrink wrapped properly. It was leaking & stank.

I was born and raised in New Hampshire, so I love me some New England seafood. The lobster meat was fantastic. Tastes like up home. I retired from the Air Force here in NC to be near our grand kids. I've ordered frozen steamer clams from you folks earlier. They were great also. I will be ordering the frozen steamers and clam strips in January. My wife doesn't like bellies. Lol. I'm glad I found your website.

Very pleased had a two year expiration. It's very fresh after thawing and lots of tail meat. A wonderful flavor. Prices are a little high but I didn't want to give it a four star just because of that because the prices are high everywhere for lobster. When you consider the cost of two pounds and a 15 dollar flat rate shipping fee it was worth it for me. I will continue to buy my Lobster through intershell as long as pricing allows.

The 2 lb packs of frozen lobster were as I hoped. Surprisingly lots of tail meat, I am so appreciative of that. Most places you are lucky to get a few little bits of it. The quality was great, a light squeeze to get most of the water out and it was perfect as you could get for frozen. Nice, sweet flavor. The expiration date was well ahead too. Pricing, while high, was the better price for what is out there right now. Even with the nominal flat rate shipping cost. Hard to beat. I love a good lobster roll but the price you pay for what you get at any restaurant is ridiculous. Buy your own quality lobster and make it ten times better at home, on any fancy roll you choose. Not a lousy hot dog roll. I always laugh at that. All that money for lobster and it is put in a cheap hot dog roll. I will stick with Intershell for my lobster these days.

Awful. The lobster was dry. Very little pieces of the tail. It it It was my dad's 90th birthday gift. That's all he wanted and he was very disappointed. He told me not to order that again. It was a waste of money.

Experience could not be better! 4 pounds of frozen lobster meat arrived in Florida with spare dry ice keeping meat fully frozen. Packages filled with lots of tail meat and no pieces of shell!
