Defrosting Guidelines
- Overnight in the Fridge: Small packs take 6–12 hours; large packs take 12–48 hours.
- Cold Water Bowl: Submerge sealed items in cold water for a faster thaw.
- Note: Do not use hot water or attempt to thaw by cooking, as this ruins the natural texture and flavor.
Frozen appetizer that customers said provides an "excellent authentic French" experience when cooked. Most praised the quality and taste, though some concerns about grit texture, lack of garlic flavor, and smaller-than-expected size. Some reported broken shells. Overall positive reception with customers planning to repurchase.

They were good
Not a very good recipe for the snails. Mine were a bit gritty and lacked the big garlic flavor I’m accustomed to. I won’t be buying them any more.
Escargot arrives frozen and when cooked provide an excellent authentic French appetizer. Will buy again. John Combs
the escargot was good but i did get 2 with broken shells, no way of tellikg if they were broken before or after cocking so i had to discard them, but the rest were very good,
nice
The escargot were wonderful but smaller than I expected. There used to be a restaurant here in Kansas City the offered a dozen Escargot served in garlic butter that were to die for and I ordered them almost every time I went there, but they were appreciably larger than yours. But I'm happy with my purchase from you and will probably buy more things. Do you sell shucked fresh clams? If you do, I'll buy some!
