Scallops arrived on time and as advertised, dry. Baked some in the traditional ritz cracker, garlic butter recipe we like. Excellent taste, quality, no added liquid or chemicals. Froze the remainder as we’ve done in the past, every time we took them out of freezer they are just as delicious!
