Discover the exceptional taste and health benefits of Intershell Seafood's frozen Boston Mackerel, often referred to as Atlantic Mackerel. Sourced directly from the pristine waters of Gloucester, MA, our mackerel is caught by our trusted partner, Captain Jack, and his dedicated crew.
We take immense pride in our unique process that guarantees peak freshness and quality. During the peak summer season, our team immediately selects the largest, highest-quality mackerel and flash freezes them at an incredibly low temperature of -30°F. This rapid freezing process locks in the fish's natural taste, texture, and nutritional value, ensuring that you receive a premium, sashimi-grade product that can be enjoyed year-round.
Whether you're making sushi, grilling whole fish, or pan-searing fillets, our frozen Boston Mackerel offers a versatile and delicious way to enjoy the best of the New England coast.
