We use industry-standard insulated containers, gel packs and/or dry ice to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit, guaranteeing freshness and quality. For optimal enjoyment, please store our products in your refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival and consume them by the "best by" date indicated on the packaging. Refund & Return Policy:

  • No Expiration, No Fees: This gift card will not expire and there are no inactivity or service fees.
  • Lost or Stolen: Treat this gift card like cash. In the event a gift card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, a new gift card will not be issued.
  • Non-Transferable & Non-Redeemable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Redemption: This gift card is redeemable only for eligible merchandise at Intershell.com. It cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Delivery & Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for e-gift cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the gift card to the designated recipient's email address. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable e-gift cards resulting from the failure to enter an accurate email address.
  • Partial Balances: Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
  • Returns: Returns of merchandise purchased with a gift card will be credited to the gift card's balance.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Intershell reserves the right to refuse to honor a gift card if we suspect it was obtained or used fraudulently. We may also suspend or terminate the use of a gift card if we detect suspicious activity.
