Each tray features a strong, stable seal for secure transportation, keeping the uni safe and fresh. The uni roe is nestled in its own separate inner tray, which rests in a balanced brine of natural salt and water. This simple, pure solution contains no chemicals or preservatives and is specially formulated to best preserve the uni's delicate texture and rich, buttery flavor.

When you're ready to use it, just remove the outer seal. The uni is contained in a separate inner tray with convenient lift tabs. As you lift this tray, the excess brine drains away through small holes in the bottom, leaving you with perfectly prepared uni, ready for immediate use in your culinary creations.
