Substitution Notice

Sometimes a certain size ordered or an item may be out of stock by your requested delivery date due to outside factors that aren't within our control (weather, product availability, quota limitations, etc.) – this applies to Fresh/Live Seafood Items. To receive the best service, please let us know one or more of the following:

Substitute the item out of stock with an alternative size, receive a refund for the price difference (if applicable). Substitute the item out of stock with another item within the same seafood category, of equal value. No substitution: I want to wait for what I ordered. I have a flexible delivery date. No substitution: Please refund me the item out of stock and/or cancel my entire order.
