Cooking Instructions

To rehydrate, soak dried wakame in a bowl of boiling water for a few seconds, before soaking in ice water, to bring out is electric-green color. Drain well, serve in soup, add in salad, or in sunomono.

For Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store in a cool and dry place.
