While wild stripers are constantly migrating up and down the East Coast, we are committed to providing you with the freshest catch year-round.

To ensure this consistent, premium supply, we source directly from local fishermen in various states throughout the Northeast. This includes the highly anticipated Massachusetts season, which runs from roughly June to July/August. Regulations in Massachusetts ensure the harvested bass are typically 20 lbs or more, yielding wonderfully large and substantial fillets. During the rest of the year, we source from other states, such as Maryland, which may have different sizing regulations, sometimes allowing for the harvest of smaller stripers.
