Brendon, a native of Gloucester, Massachusetts, with deep roots in the local fishing community, embarked on a mission to bring sustainable aquaculture back to the North Shore.  After years of meticulous searching and a steadfast commitment to his vision, he established his farm in 2017 within the pristine waters of the Great Marsh on the Rowley River. This isn't just an oyster farm; it's a testament to Brendon's belief in harmony with nature and revitalizing local marine ecosystems.

The flavor profile offers a delightful brine-forward experience.  Many tasters detect subtle hints of cucumber and the unique vegetative flavor of the salt marsh, all culminating in a smooth, clean, buttery finish that leaves you wanting more.
