How to enjoy Shimesaba

  1. After defrosting, peel and cut into appropriate size (thickness) and enjoy.
    *This is a product of pickled mackerel, some portion may have bones and/or eye.
    *This product is ready to eat without heating.

Shimesaba Boozushi - Recommendation

  1. Coat the seaweed sheet with sushi vinegar.
  2. After defrosting Shimesaba, remove the water and peel off the outer skin.
  3. Place the seaweed sheet on the wire wrap, place Shimesaba and roll it around.
    (Cut the head and tail first.)
  4. After 15 minutes approximately, remove the wire wrap, cut it into bite-sized rice and put it in a box.
