Local Pick Up

When placing your order online, simply select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout. Here are a few important guidelines to keep in mind:

Order Fulfillment

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled. We're often able to accommodate same-day pick-up, depending on the availability of the items you've ordered. We'll send you an email or text notification when your order is ready.

Pick Up Times

Pick-up orders will be ready for collection between 11 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday. You will receive a notification once your order is ready.

Proof of Purchase

Have your order confirmation email or number ready when you arrive. This ensures we give you the correct order.

Time and Temperature

Seafood is highly perishable. Once you receive your order, it's essential to keep it chilled. We recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag, especially if you have other errands to run.

Local Delivery

We're excited to offer local delivery to a growing list of communities. Our current delivery radius includes the following zip codes: Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, Manchester, Hamilton, Wenham, Beverly, Salem, Peabody, Danvers, and Lynn. We plan to expand this area soon!

To ensure your seafood arrives fresh and safe, please follow these guidelines:

Delivery Schedule

We deliver on specific days to ensure efficiency and product freshness. Your delivery day will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Delivery Window

We'll provide an estimated delivery window. It's crucial that someone is available to receive the package and immediately refrigerate or freeze the contents. You do not need to be home, but it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package(s) on the date of delivery and within a timely manner after the order has been delivered.

Packaging

All delivery orders are packed in insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice to maintain the "cold chain" and prevent spoilage. However, these are temporary measures, and the contents must be refrigerated as soon as possible.

Delivery Address

We deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check that your address is correct and accessible for our drivers. We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your delivery address or order details, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Payment and Product Availability

When you place your order, we will authorize your payment method to ensure the funds are available. Your card will not be charged until your order has been fulfilled. This allows us to account for any changes in product availability, which is a natural part of the seafood industry.

Product Changes & Subsitutions

Our inventory is subject to daily fluctuations based on the catch of the day. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.

  • Substitutions: We can suggest a comparable item of equal or greater value as a substitute. If you're flexible with substitutions, please add a note to your order with details about your preferences. The more information you can provide us—such as "substitute with a similar white fish" or "any crab meat will work"—the better we can serve you.
  • Cancellations: If you would prefer not to substitute, we can fulfill the rest of your order and cancel and refund the out-of-stock item. In the case of a single-item order that is out of stock, we will cancel the entire order.
