When placing your order online, select "In Store Pick-Up" at checkout. Here are a few important guidelines to keep in mind:

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled. We're often able to accommodate same-day pick-up, depending on the availability of the items you've ordered.

Wait for Your "Ready for Pickup" Email

You will receive an email notification when your order is packed and ready for pickup. Please do not arrive until you have received a "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email notification from us.

This email confirms that your complete order has been prepared and is waiting for you. Arriving before this notification may result in a significant wait time or finding that your order is not yet ready, as we need time to properly coordinate and prepare your fresh seafood.

Our goal is to ensure you drive here only when your complete, confirmed order is ready—avoiding the frustration of missing items or an unnecessary long drive.

Pick Up Times

Pick-up orders will be ready for collection between 11 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday. You will receive a notification once your order is ready.

Payment & Proof of Purchase

When you place your order, we will authorize your payment method to ensure the funds are available. Your card will not be charged until your order has been fulfilled. This allows us to account for any changes in product availability, which is a natural part of the seafood industry.

Have your order confirmation email or number ready when you arrive. This ensures we give you the correct order.

Time and Temperature

Seafood is highly perishable. Once you receive your order, it's essential to keep it chilled. We recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag, especially if you have other errands to run.

Local Ordering Radius

To minimize the inconvenience of long-distance travel when unexpected stock issues arise, we have limited the option for in-store pickup to customers within a specific, local ordering radius (certain zip codes).

Rockport, Gloucester, Essex, Manchester by the Sea, Hamilton, Wenham, Salem, Swampscott, Marblehead, Peabody, Danvers, Ipswich, Rowley, Newburyport, Topsfield, Middleton, Lynnfield, Lynn.

If you live in a town that is not listed here and would like to schedule a pick up order for a large party or special event in advanced, please contact us.

Product Availability Disclaimer

Due to the dynamic nature of the fresh seafood industry, not all items are equally available every day. Even if the product is in stock on our website, it does not guarantee we have it available in stock at the moment of purchase.

Product Changes & Subsitutions

Our inventory is subject to daily fluctuations based on the catch of the day. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
In the event of a shortage or substitution, we need time to communicate directly with you about potential alternatives and update your order before you make the trip.

  • Substitutions: We can suggest a comparable item of equal or greater value as a substitute. If you're flexible with substitutions, please add a note to your order with details about your preferences. The more information you can provide us—such as "substitute with a similar white fish" or "any crab meat will work"—the better we can serve you.
  • Cancellations: If you would prefer not to substitute, we can fulfill the rest of your order and cancel and refund the out-of-stock item. In the case of a single-item order that is out of stock, we will cancel the entire order.
