How To Earn Points

With every order you place, our system automatically tracks and adds points to your account. Your point-earning rate increases as you move up our tiers: Crew Member, First Mate, and Captain.

3 Loyalty Tiers

  1. Crew Member: Spend under $400, earn 1pt/$
  2. First Mate: Spend $400-$1,000, earn 1.3pt/$
  3. Captain: Spend Over $1,000, earn 1.5pt/$

Redeem Rewards from Your Wallet

You can easily view and manage your points and rewards through your personal "Wallet" accessible from your account page. In your Wallet, you can convert your points into cash rewards. The best part? The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there's no need to remember or type in a coupon code.

Birthday Reward

Be sure to add your birthday to your profile! On your special day, our system will automatically add 100 bonus points to your account and a free birthday gift offer to your Wallet for you to redeem with your next order.

Referral Rewards

When you refer a friend who is a first-time customer, they will receive a unique link. Once they complete their first order, our system will automatically apply a $10 discount to their order and send a $10 discount to your Wallet for your next purchase.

Account Log In

Accessing your loyalty information is simple. Just log in to your Intershell Seafood account on our website. You will find a dedicated loyalty dashboard or rewards page within your account menu where you can:

  • View Your Points and Tier Status: See your current point balance and your progress toward the next tier.
  • Access Your Wallet: Easily see your available rewards, including store credit, discounts, and gift offers, all in one place.
  • Review Your Order History: See all your past purchases and track the points you've earned on each one.
  • Update Your Profile: Enter or update your personal information, like your birthday, to ensure you receive all of your rewards.

Important Rules & Information

Point Expiration

Points earned in The Captain's Crew will expire 12 months after the date they were earned if not redeemed. We'll send you a reminder email before your points expire so you don't miss out.

Referral Rewards

Referral discounts are only valid for new, first-time customers. The $10 off coupon will be applied to the new customer's order and to your Wallet once their order is completed.

Tier Status

Your tier is determined by the total points you've earned over a calendar year. Your tier status resets on January 1st of each year, but your points will still be available to redeem for rewards.

Program Changes

Intershell Seafood reserves the right to modify or terminate The Captain's Crew program and its rules at any time. We'll provide notice of any significant changes to ensure you stay up to date.

No Cash Value

Points have no cash value outside of their redemption within The Intershell Crew program. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
