To ensure maximum freshness, all Fresh & Live Seafood orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Priority Overnight. Your order will
arrive within 24 hours, packed in a refrigerated space (38-42°F) with gel packs to maintain a cold, safe temperature until you can refrigerate or freeze it.
For live seafood, we use saltwater paper to keep it fresh during transit.

• Order Cut off: Place your order by 12 PM EST (Monday-Friday) for next-day delivery.
• Delivery Days: We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.

Next-day delivery is generally possible for many orders. If you place your order before 12 PM EST, we can usually fulfill it for next-day arrival. However, we can't always guarantee next-day delivery for same day / last minute orders.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Saturday delivery is available at no extra charge. When you place your order, please ensure your shipping address can
accept Saturday deliveries.

A tracking number will be generated on the ship date by UPS or FedEx once the label has been printed and sent to you via email. This tracking number can be used to review the status of your shipment in transit, however, this tracking number will not be valid until the shipment is picked up from our facility.

If after that time you are still not able to track the package, please contact our office for further assistance to speak with a representative. As soon as your order has been delivered, you will receive a follow-up email.

Intershell will ship your order to the address submitted by the customer. If an undeliverable or incorrect address is submitted, we will contact you to verify the shipment. If there is no response before your order is packed and has been shipped, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also void the customer from any refund.

If it is too late for us to change the address, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly and requesting them to hold the package at a local facility for you to pick up on the scheduled delivery day.

Please be aware that if you request the courier to reroute the package to a new
address, it will be delayed by an extra day. Due to the perishable nature of our seafood, an additional day in transit could result in spoiled product.

If the requested address change is in a different state or ZIP code that results
in a higher shipping cost, these additional charges must be paid before your order can be fulfilled and picked up by the courier.
