- Changes Before Shipment: Any changes to your shipping address must be made before the courier picks up your package from our facility. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee last-minute address changes.
- Changes After Shipment: Once your package has left our facility, we are unable to change the shipping address.

- FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- The 2 Day Shipping guarantee applies only to frozen seafood items.
- You are responsible for receiving your package on the delivery day. We cannot issue refunds for packages that are delayed due to a missed pickup refused delivery, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, any delays caused by weather or the courier are outside of our control.
- If a selected delivery date is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a new date.
What zone is my state in?
- States in Zone 1 & 3, we offer special low flat-rate shipping
- States beyond Zone 3, the shipping costs are calculated based off the total weight of your order and the zone you are located. The further away the zone is, the higher the shipping costs will be.
