Each scallop is hand-shucked, carefully selected for its ideal size for frying, and immediately flash-frozen to lock in its fresh, natural flavor. We are proud to offer a 100% natural product, free from the chemical treatments—like sodium tripolyphosphate—that are often used by other companies. You can trust that our scallops contain only what nature intended, ensuring a wholesome and delicious meal every time.

Frozen items are shipped with dry ice to ensure the arrive fully frozen. Please place them directly into your freezer upon arrival.
If you order fresh and frozen items together, we package your shipment using gel ice packs instead of dry ice to protect your fresh goods. As a result, frozen items may partially thaw during transit. You can safely place them straight back into your freezer, or allow them to finish defrosting and enjoy right away.
Defrosting Guidelines
- Overnight in the Fridge: Small packs take 6–12 hours; large packs take 12–48 hours.
- Cold Water Bowl: Submerge sealed items in cold water for a faster thaw.
- Note: Do not use hot water or attempt to thaw by cooking, as this ruins the natural texture and flavor.

Well done!
Thank you, Steven! We're thrilled you enjoyed the scallops. We appreciate your support and look forward to your next order!
Watch out for plastic.
I've ordered 2x scallop frying kits from Intershell.
I've found bits and chunks of plastic in both. Not just one, but multiple sprinkled throughout both containers. Some come out during the initial wash and clean and inspection. Some get missed, and stay in the dish. Thankfully, me and my family never swallowed any. But if you're eating in a rush, you might get one by accident.
In most situations, plastic in food would be an absolute red flag. Instant 1 star, no-buy from me. In this case, I will admit that these intershell scallops are very fresh, high quality, and priced reasonably well. So despite the red flag it's worth the risk, if you know what you're getting into. Just please, wash and inspect thoroughly. I'll still give it two stars.
Fresh and flavorful as always
