Cooking Instructions
- Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish or a 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced onion seasoning, old bay, smoked paprika, cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, wrights liquid smoke mesquite, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth and well-incorporated.
- The Crabmeat: Gently fold in half of the shredded cheese and crabmeat with a light hand to keep those signature large lumps intact.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer the mixture to your baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and a light dusting of Cajun seasoning for color. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese has turned a beautiful golden brown.
- Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped green onions or parsley. Serve immediately with serving chips of your choice.
