Easy & Healthy Air Fried Fish: 2 Steps
Craving that classic fried fish but want to skip the grease and extra calories? Your air fryer is the perfect solution. With just a few simple steps, you can achieve a wonderfully crispy, golden-brown crust and a tender, flaky inside. No messy flour dredge required—we're keeping it simple and delicious.

Here is the secret to that beautiful, golden-brown crust. After you've breaded your fish, lay the fillets in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray the top of each piece with a cooking spray like avocado or olive oil. A quick, even mist is all you need. While these sprays are often marketed as "0 calories," a light application is what gives you that perfectly crispy, golden exterior.
With this simple, no-fuss method, you can enjoy all the flavor and texture of fried fish with a fraction of the calories. It’s the perfect way to get a quick and healthy meal on the table.
