They arrived live and were heavier than I expected.
I was planning to eat 4 and only was able to eat 2. They were very good.

Purchased 2 orders - 4 crabs. Arrived on Friday. One was not moving on arrival and did not revive. Other 3 were a bit stunned but became more active. We cooked and ate the 3 alive crabs - they were a lot of work but delicious. I contacted Intershell on Monday and they refused to refund the one crab. Their return policy was insanely strict. I did not contact them within 24 hrs and did not take the right photo or video of the dead crab.

Perfect..packed really well, everything fresh and delicious.. Will for sure use intershell again and again...great experience from start to finish...yum!! thanks to Rose for her help and knowledge!!!

the cooler box was well packed, although 3 of the crabs were not alive upon received, they were chill in good condition. The shell is a little hard, but it is worth the work...delicious meat!
