Fluke has a delicate flavor and texture; when cooking, simple ingredients like olive oil, sea salt, and lemon pair best in most preparations. Fluke is also referred to as “Hirame” and is a popular fish used for sashimi in Japanese Cuisines (we will start to offer sushi-grade whole fluke soon!).
