What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into four payments, payable every two weeks.
How do I use Afterpay on inteshell seafood?
Shop at intershellseafood.com, add items to your cart, and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with an instant approval decision). Returning customers will log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
How does the payment schedule work?
You'll make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments will be deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
Log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and even make a payment before the due date if you like.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay online?
As stated in our Return/Refund policy page, we do not accept returns because we ship perishable items. However, we do offer refunds upon request by the customer after the issue has been notified and investigated. Afterpay purchases follow our standard Refund Policy.

What happens if I have a partial refund? How does that affect my payments?
Your payment plan with Afterpay will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new order total starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. If a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds aren't available or you otherwise don't wish to make your payment when it's due, late fees may apply. Review the complete terms on Afterpay’s website.
When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Just like other orders, Afterpay orders will be delivered on your requested date of arrival - you can enter your preferred date of arrival during the checkout process.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
The transaction limit is $1000. This applies to purchases made on Intershell Seafood using Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Installments by Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are intending to purchase gift cards along with Afterpay-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
