We are not able to guarantee delivery of Bluefin Tuna and Toro for specific dates/events. Our wild caught Atlantic bluefin tuna is hand packaged at Intershell and ready for you to fire up on the grill, serve as tuna tartar, or to thinly slice for sashimi. East coast Bluefin tuna is specifically sought after by the top sushi chefs world wide - even during its off season.
