Our wild caught Atlantic bluefin tuna is hand packaged at Intershell and ready for you to fire up on the grill, serve as tuna tartar, or to thinly slice for sashimi. East coast Bluefin tuna is specifically sought after by the top sushi chefs world wide - even during its off season. Our bluefin tuna steaks have been carefully flash frozen in -60 degree temperatures to preserve its natural color, flavor, and texture.
For our Sushi Grade Tuna Steaks: For the tuna to keep its sushi grade coloring, consume tuna within 1 week of purchasing. For the best results, defrost your tuna steaks in ice water for 4-6 hours.
