Our Monkfish Tails are wild caught locally off the harbor of Gloucester. Popularly known as “poor man’s lobster” because of its sweet and meaty lobster-like texture, monkfish tails are a great choice for roasting or pan-searing and basting in butter and herbs. If you prefer the fillets already cut, we do sell those separately.
