Scallops are delicious, highly popular seafood served hot from the broiler, saucepan, fried, or baked. Intershell’s scallop boats harvest North Atlantic scallops in the waters from the Gulf of Maine to east of Cape Cod, and then offload their catch at our wharf in Gloucester. Our frozen North Atlantic scallop meat is hand-shucked, packaged, and immediately flash frozen to preserve its quality for when you are ready to defrost, bread, and fry.
All frying seafood bundle packs come with their own recipe card with step-by-step instructions to prepare the best fried seafood at home. For over 30 years, this specific breading for all seafood frying has been deemed the best by Monte Rome (Owner of Intershell).
