Escargot is a culinary emblem of France, and Nomade des Jardins provides an impeccable, ethical example of this classic dish. Their escargots are farmed with care in the Poitou Charentes regions of France, offering a sustainable and consistent product. This provides a perfect alternative to the traditionally used wild "Burgundy snails," which are an endangered species and whose harvest is forbidden in France.

Nomade des Jardins offers a premium product, with a guarantee of maximum traceability and a 100% vegetable diet for the snails. The result is a tender, flavorful, and consistently high-quality escargot that is ready for you to enjoy.

These escargots are delivered to you lightly poached in their shells and stuffed with an infused garlic-parsley butter. All you need to do is reheat them to enjoy a gourmet French appetizer.

The escargot were wonderful but smaller than I expected. There used to be a restaurant here in Kansas City the offered a dozen Escargot served in garlic butter that were to die for and I ordered them almost every time I went there, but they were appreciably larger than yours. But I'm happy with my purchase from you and will probably buy more things. Do you sell shucked fresh clams? If you do, I'll buy some!
