Directions for cooking: Use 16 Oz (2 cups) of flour for 1.5 Lb of seafood.
Moisten: Completely moisten clams, fillets, or scallops in water or wash
Toss & Shake: Coat thoroughly with breading
Fry: Drop into deep fat fryer set to 350 Degrees F and fry until golden brown
