The whole experience was very professional, clearly explained and easy to execute. The oysters arrived fresh, healthy and still well-iced (notwithstanding that July does not have an "r" in it). And, the oysters were delicious!

The 100 count of River Babes were perfect! Oysters were delivered on time and the oysters were very clean, juicy, meaty and worked well for Rockefeller, on the half shell, and fried! Top Quality shellfish, keep those oyster farmers happy! the Boston Oyster blade was a nice gift as well!!!
